Founder & Executive Director
Majara Johnson Freddy is the visionary founder of Benya Engineering. With a solid grounding in both engineering practice and business management, he has built Benya into a multi-provincial, multi-sector engineering firm recognised for technical excellence and transformation leadership.
Under his stewardship, Benya has grown from a single-office operation to a business with a presence across Gauteng and Mpumalanga, delivering high-impact projects for blue-chip clients in mining, power generation, and industrial manufacturing.
Johnson champions a culture where "safety is a way of doing it right the first time" — an ethos embedded at every level of the organisation.
